Thoughts and Deeds, Insignificant, swallow the time around me,
A part and time of me is gone, I realize.
Conversations with my Soul are down to a trickle, I realize.
No one but I alone can pick the pieces, I realize.
Uncertainty is the characteristic of my path, yet I shall walk on,
I Realize.

Ourself being the state we get to, when calm and, introspective you become, of you and the world, through daily good focussed meditation to be able to disconnect from your existential self.
