My sis found this postcard today, which I'd written to my parents & her when I was in the 7th standard at Sri Sathya Sai Higher Secondary School, Prashanti Nilayam. Was awesome reading it. The innocence (ahem) I sensed in it was funny as the Current me to read, but was a really good trip down memory lane. Oh, Btw, If my dad reads this postcard now, He'll begin his "Oh How Nice (read: Oiled Hair & well combed with side parting, no goatee, no ear rings, no future tattoo, language without bad words) my son was once..." speech. Trying to avoid hearing that. Here goes the postcard with exact spelling mistakes, words & font styles!... (btw do people in India still use these? I think postcards have an awesome quality about 'em. I think its the fact that one conveys so much in so less space. Articulation should be practiced on these)************

Dear Acha, Amma & Chechi,
Sai Ram. Hope you are fine by Swami's grace. I am fine over here. I have bought many postcards so please don't be angry with me for I will surely write to you. I had to withdraw money so I got delayed. I recieved the letter which was full of blastings. I have got to change my behaviour for Swami wants me to be an ideal student. The exhibition which was going to be held was cancelled. There was a discourse specially for students in the institute auditorium. Swami spoke about how a student has got to behave. There were many people in the auditorum especially the front block was filled with the youth from overseas countries. We all sang one song which was followed by Swami's discourse about which I will write
yours everloving Son,
P. SAI KUMAR
